Senior Management Team
Phil, John, Charlotte and Kim
Phil and John started Bluebird Care in West Berkshire and Basingstoke in 2007. Since then they have expanded their home care business to include the whole of Basingstoke & Deane and Hart & Rushmoor in addition to West Berkshire. Charlotte joined in 2010 and Kim in 2012 both starting as Care Experts before progressing through a variety of roles to being part of the senior management team and jointly responsible for day to day operations.

Tracey manages the care delivery at Bluebird Care and leads on Children's Services. Ellis and Sharon prepare all of the customer and care expert schedules whilst Tamsin heads up our dementia services; supporting customers and training staff members as well as running the Hungerford Dementia Cafe.

Kirsty helps new customers decide exactly what care and support they need and then for home care customers, Bright and Lynne ensure that the care we deliver is the best it can be. Tia supports our Live-in customers and ensures that the right care expert is matched to the right customer.

Lucy looks after all things digital and design, adding a creative flair to our local customer and care expert events whilst Zara looks after compliance and auditing. Charlotte is responsible for all of our customer invoicing and credit control and is likely to be the voice on the end of the phone when you make a payment.
