This week, our wonderful carer Daisy brightened one of our customer’s days with a very special delivery — a beautiful purple poppy 🌸.
After admiring Daisy’s own poppy and commenting on how lovely it was, our customer was delighted to receive one of her own 🥰. A donation was made by us at Bluebird Care 💙 to the Poppy Appeal via the Royal British Legion 🇬🇧 for the poppy, supporting their incredible work in honour of those who served.
The purple poppy holds a special meaning — it commemorates the animals that served alongside our troops in times of war 🐴🐶🐦, recognising their bravery, loyalty, and sacrifice.
Our customer said she “loved this idea with the purple poppies this year” and was absolutely thrilled to have one herself 😀💐.
It’s small moments like these that make such a big difference — spreading kindness, remembrance, and connection within our community 💞.
