This week, our dedicated team members Daniella and Marko travelled to London to take part in Bluebird Care’s Enhanced Dementia Care Training – a specialist programme designed to deepen understanding and improve support for individuals living with dementia.
The training, delivered by experts in the field, covered the latest approaches in person-centred care, communication techniques, and strategies to create meaningful moments for those affected by dementia.
Daniella and Marko returned inspired and full of exciting new ideas to enhance the way we care for our customers living with dementia. Their fresh perspective and strengthened knowledge will play a key role in continuing to deliver compassionate, tailored support that truly makes a difference.
