At Bluebird Care, we believe that meaningful connection and joyful moments are just as important as quality care. That’s why we were thrilled to bring our Activi-Teas community event to Cadows in Clacton — a vibrant morning filled with games, laughter, and inclusive activities.
Our latest session welcomed both Bluebird Care customers and Cadows attendees, who came together for a relaxed and engaging morning of fun. From puzzles and team games to interactive sensory experiences and movement-based activities, the event was designed to promote social inclusion, mental stimulation, and wellbeing.

Highlights from the Morning:
🧩 Linda earned the well-deserved title of Puzzle Queen, expertly assembling the edges in record time.
🏓 Andrew dominated our OMi interactive projector’s air hockey game, remaining undefeated throughout.
🔴 🟡 Jeffrey proved himself a Connect 4 champion, showing strategic flair and focus.
The excitement continued with a team challenge, where Team Barbie pulled ahead with an impressive 90 points, narrowly beating Team England. Well done to everyone who took part — the team spirit was truly heart-warming.
One of the standout moments of the day was the RISE seated sports session, which got everyone moving, laughing, and feeling energised. These gentle, accessible exercises are designed to improve mobility and coordination, while keeping the atmosphere light-hearted and fun.
We also showcased our OMi interactive projector, a cutting-edge piece of sensory technology that projects games and activities onto any flat surface. Using motion sensors, it allows people to interact through touch, movement, and play — making it ideal for older adults, people with dementia, and individuals with sensory or learning needs.
