As part of Dementia Action Week, we’ve been using our state-of-the-art OMI interactive sensory projector to bring stimulation, smiles, and support directly into our customers’ homes.
Led by our amazing Activities Lead, Zoe, these sessions are tailored to the individual — helping people living with dementia stay engaged through interactive games, quizzes, reminiscence activities, music and more. Whether it’s gently encouraging movement, sparking conversations through nostalgic visuals, or simply bringing joy into the day, OMI helps minds stay active and spirits stay high.
For those on a dementia journey, maintaining cognitive and emotional wellbeing is essential — and this innovative projector allows us to do that in a way that’s accessible, fun, and deeply personal.
We’ve already seen wonderful results this week across Colchester, Tendring, Braintree & Uttlesford, and we’re excited to continue sharing the benefits of technology-driven care.
