Tom Stoneman, Operations Manager
As Operations Manager at Bluebird Care Sedgemoor & West Somerset, Tom ensures our services run smoothly day-to-day while also steering long-term planning. With a background in operational leadership and a deep understanding of the care sector, he connects frontline care with efficient behind-the-scenes processes. Zoe Anderson – Business & Finance Manager
Zoe manages the financial and business operations at Bluebird Care Sedgemoor & West Somerset, ensuring our service remains sustainable and responsive to the needs of local families. With expertise in finance and administration, she works on everything from budgeting to compliance, always with the goal of keeping the customer experience at the forefront. Ben Sellick – Registered Manager
As Registered Manager for Bluebird Care Sedgemoor & West Somerset, Ben blends strong leadership with a deep compassion for those we support. With a background in health and social care, he is responsible for ensuring we deliver safe, responsive, and person-centred services. Ben works closely with carers and families to develop care plans, provide training, and maintain high standards across the board.
Dinah Mason – Care Manager
Dinah brings a wealth of experience to her role as Care Manager at Bluebird Care Sedgemoor & West Somerset. She leads on care planning, assessments, and service quality, supporting both customers and carers. Known for her practical approach and sector knowledge, Dinah ensures services are delivered efficiently and to a consistently high standard.
Tracy Whitcombe – D2A Manager
Tracy heads up our Discharge to Assess (D2A) service, helping customers make a safe and supported return home from hospital. She works closely with hospitals, social workers, and families to ensure care is in place when it’s most needed, reducing delays and supporting independence. Tracy is known for her calm manner and attention to detail.
Zuzana Hajsterova – Live-In Development Lead
Zuzana is a warm, friendly, and highly skilled leader in live-in care, bringing years of experience in care, coordination, and service management. In her role, she builds strong relationships with customers and carers to ensure live-in services are tailored, dignified, and supportive of independent living.
Ivars Ceimeris – Head of Recruitment & Training
Ivars leads recruitment and training with energy and a people-first approach. Having worked in hands-on care and coordination, he knows exactly what it takes to build a team with the right skills and values. He’s passionate about helping every team member reach their potential.
Rose Coggins – Care Coordinator
Rose ensures daily care runs smoothly by matching the right carers with the right customers. She carefully balances efficiency with empathy, creating schedules that meet both practical needs and personal preferences. Rose’s calm approach and attention to detail make her an essential link between carers, customers, and families.
Alice Hannon – Office Administrator
Alice is the friendly and organised presence who keeps the Bluebird Care Sedgemoor & West Somerset office running seamlessly. She supports carers, manages scheduling, and is often the first point of contact for families, offering reassurance and clarity from the outset.
