Steve
My background was in professional services and I first came across the Care sector as a customer for my relatives. This experience persuaded me that Care could be “done better” and this led me to establish Bluebird Care’s offices in Bromley, Sevenoaks and Lewisham/Southwark. I am determined that our offices provide an excellent and responsive service to our customers. I lead an organisation that offers a supportive and rewarding environment in which committed people can develop and thrive.

Ben
I’ve worked in Home Care since 2011, when I joined my father, Steve, to help make a real difference to the lives of vulnerable people in our area. We set high standards and we invest in quality care and staff development: we’ve found that only the private paying sector makes this approach possible. I’m very proud of our staff and the impact their work makes on the lives of our customers. We deliver the quality of care that everyone would want for their loved family members in their final years.
At Bluebird Care Bromley, we’re dedicated to delivering compassionate, personalised care that makes a real difference.

Jordanna, Registered Manager
I knew from an early age that my future would be in the Care Sector as a result of family experience. I feel that our work is very important and I get real satisfaction from seeing how our customers thrive when our teams get involved in their care. I’ve worked in most positions within our Bromley office and have really enjoyed my journey. Now Care Manager of the office, my role is to reinforce high standards, develop other team members, and ensure that the care we provide surpasses customer expectations
For me, outstanding care starts with listening to our customers and our team. When people feel heard and valued, we create the kind of environment where everyone can thrive.

Veronica, Deputy Manager and Supervisor
I’ve worked in the Sector for more than 20 years, having learned the basic skills in a family context. My role is to introduce new customers to our service: to prepare the detailed brief of customer care that our care teams follow: to ensure that our teams work according to the plan, and most importantly that our customers are happy with the outcome. I love working with committed carers, and being part of a busy care office.

Taylor, Care Supervisor
I joined Bluebird Care in 2023 as a Care Assistant and was selected to join the office team as a junior care supervisor. My role is to support the Supervisors in ensuring that our customers receive personalised, high-quality care while supporting and developing our care team. I enjoy the balance of office-based work and time in the field, where I can build strong relationships with customers and care staff. It’s very satisfying to see how customers benefit from our care and hard work.

Kayleigh, Customer Quality Manager
My journey in the Care Sector began in 2018 when I joined Bluebird Care as a care assistant without prior experience. I’ve since gained advanced care qualifications thanks to the support and opportunities offered at the company. My role is to welcome new customers and to help them adjust to a new life with home care. I also mentor our care assistants to deliver care that matches the highest standards. I love being part of a focused, supportive team and take pride in the difference we make to the lives of our vulnerable customers through a compassionate and reliable care service.
Being a Care Supervisor is about more than care plans it’s about trust, safety, and supporting our team to deliver outstanding care.
