Codie has consistently demonstrated a deep commitment to delivering high-quality care, building meaningful relationships with her customers. Her natural leadership skills, compassion, and varied skill set have made her a valued team member — and now, she’s ready to take on a new challenge!
In her new role as Care Mentor, Codie will be supporting and guiding new staff as they begin their journey with Bluebird Care. With her wealth of hands-on experience and supportive nature, she’s perfectly placed to help shape the next generation of care assistants. From sharing best practices to offering a listening ear, Codie will be a key pillar of support as our new carers find their feet.
In addition to her mentoring responsibilities, Codie will also be assisting the office team with their observations in the field. Her flexibility, initiative, and team working abilities are exactly what make her such an asset to our organisation.
Codie is looking forward to this new chapter and is ready to jump right in. We’re proud to see her grow in her career and can’t wait to see the positive impact she’ll continue to have in this new role.
