In two recent articles, we've looked at changes you can make in your life to help prevent falls. In this article, we look at other sources of support, including falls alarms.

FALLS ALARMS

Fall alarms are small devices worn around the neck or wrist which allow you to summon help if you fall at home and there’s no-one immediately available to help you. Your local authority or council should be able to advise you on obtaining a fall alarm.
