Meet our Operations Team
Amy Swift, Branch Manager
Amy welcomed a career in Care after working for 10 years as a hairdresser. Her caring and bubbly nature led her into the Care industry and she has never looked back! Amy is kept busy in her spare time being mum to 3 beautiful children! Enjoy's being outside going on family walks and making forever memories. She is a huge Harry Potter fan.
Karen Brice, Care Supervisor
Karen first joined the Bluebird Care Team as a Care Professional and then progressed onto the position of Care Champion prior to transitioning to her position as Care Supervisor. This pathway gave Karen an excellent all-round knowledge of the role as well as our customers which makes a big difference in her day-to-day role. As well as being passionate about delivering exemplary care, Karen loves to snack and can often be found at a local craft fair!

Samantha Whitehouse, Care Coordinator
With over 12 years of experience in the care sector I now proudly work as a Care Coordinator for Bluebird Care. I’m passionate about making a real difference in people’s lives and love supporting and empowering our local community. Outside of work, I keep active by playing ladies’ netball in Dover on Monday nights. I’m a sunshine seeker at heart – holidays must be somewhere hot, which might be no surprise as I’m half Maltese! At home, life is never dull – my daughter has a horse named Egg, and weekends often revolve around riding.
