This year's regional awards were a truly special day as we proudly celebrated the achievements of three incredible members of our team — Brenda, Kim, and Natasha, who were nominated for the following awards:
We were so proud of these 3 amazing staff members for making it to the finals, and they were shortlisted from over 500 nominations across the country! This was an achievement in itself, and no matter the results, we were always going to be proud of them!
We did have one WINNER at the Regional Awards, our amazing Care Coordinator, Kim Matthews!
Kim won her category and won the award for Care Coordinator of the year, an amazing achievement and an excellent & deserved reward for the hard work Kim does every day. Without Kim, our customers wouldn't get the best care that they deserve, and she deserves the recognition for her work as our amazing Care Coordinator for our Vale of Glamorgan and Live-In care customers.

I’m incredibly proud to share that Brenda, Natasha, and Kim were all finalists at this year’s Bluebird Care Awards—a true testament to their dedication, compassion, and the incredible work they do every day. It’s a humbling experience to have such exceptional individuals on our team, each of them going above and beyond for our customers and colleagues. I was especially delighted that Kim won Co-ordinator of the Year—a well-deserved recognition for someone who consistently leads with heart, professionalism, and unwavering commitment.
