Health & wellbeing checks allow us to monitor your general health and wellbeing using our specialised equipment during short visits at your home. Our health and wellbeing checks enhance our customers health and wellbeing outcomes, by supporting the care that our customers receive from the GP, District Nurses and their local hospitals.
NEWS2
Our health and wellbeing kits generate a NEWS2 score. NEWS (National Early Warning Score) is a score that is universally recognised and understood to communicate any issues you may have, and used by the NHS, GP's and all healthcare professionals. Our care experts are full trained understand the score and take any action that is required.
