Liam Jones-Davies
Liam joins Bluebird Care after a decade of experience in the corporate world. Liam knew the time had come to put the skills and experience gained in finance and business development to good use, and Bluebird Care was the perfect choice! Liam is extremely proud to lead one of the few CQC Outstanding rated providers in the county. Liam believes having a well-trained, well supported, and happy workforce is key to delivering smiles on customers faces day after day. Away from work when he is not following Manchester United, he likes to spend time with his partner, son and their dogs on country walks and enjoying pub lunches.

Melissa Moore
Working closely alongside Liam, Melissa is our General Manager. With a first-class degree in business and management, Melissa has over ten years management experience and has managed teams of over one hundred and fifty people. Through her management experience Melissa brings strong leadership skills to the team, such as planning and problem solving, with a focus on ensuring a strong and consistent internal structure within the service. Through personal experiences, Melissa has experienced how life-changing a reliable care service can be, and has recognised how her own experiences have resulted in a passion for being a part of a service, which aims to go above and beyond in the care that it provides for its customers. Bluebird Care Cheshire East embodies a real family feel, with a person-centred approach which ensures our customers are at the heart of what we do. Bluebird Care felt like the perfect fit for Melissa, as a new mum she has come to deeply appreciate the importance of family and strives to replicate these values within the service.

Heather Johnson
Heather is our Director of Care, she joined the team in 2025. Throughout Heathers career, she has worked as an integral part of Senior Management Teams, leading the development and implementation of best practices in risk management, governance, and assurance—ensuring a strong connection between frontline services and executive decision-making. Heather believes in the power of clear communication, structured information exchange, and data-driven decision-making to enhance the quality of care we provide. A key focus of Heathers is supporting clinical teams and heads of service in analysing themes and trends from incidents, claims, complaints, and audits to identify valuable lessons and drive meaningful improvements. By working together, Heather recognises that we can continue to strengthen our commitment to safety, quality, and outstanding care for the individuals we serve. With extensive experience in operational, quality, and governance leadership within health and social care, Heather is passionate about driving excellence, ensuring high standards, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Heather is excited to be joining Bluebird and looks forward to working with the team as we continue to uphold and enhance the incredible work already being done.

Molly Heywood
Molly joined Bluebird Care in 2025, bringing with her 10 years of experience in health and social care. As a Level 4 qualified professional, Molly is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centered care that truly makes a difference. In her role as Care Coordinator, Molly works closely with Melissa to ensure our customers receive the best possible support while also providing guidance and encouragement to our amazing care team. Communication is really important to Molly—she believes in building strong relationships based on trust, understanding, and a shared commitment to compassionate care. With a friendly and approachable nature, Molly strives to make sure that both our customers and staff feel valued and supported. Molly is full of exciting plans for the future of Bluebird Care, aiming to enhance our services, grow our team, and continue making a positive impact in our community.

Louise Thorley-Fox
Louise joined Bluebird Care Cheshire East in 2018. Louise has played an important part in our administrative developments, including changes to internal processes and quality auditing. Louise has a focus on recruitment, marketing and staff wellbeing.

Donna Child
Donna joined the administration team at Bluebird Care Cheshire East in September 2023. Along with her administration experience Donna has also worked in customer service, and she has a warm and helpful approach to our customers and care team.

Becky Kennedy
Becky joined Bluebird Care in 2022 as a Care Assistant. Becky quickly demonstrated a diligent and professional approach to her role, going above and beyond in supporting our customers, and using the skills gained through her NVQ Level 2 to inform her role. Becky's conscientious approach was observed by the management team, who recognised that her skillset would be perfectly suited to the role of Field Care Supervisor. Becky moved into this role in August 2024 and has provided invaluable support to the care team.

Natasha Uijen
Natasha joined our supervisor team in March 2025, after spending just over a year in the team as a Care Assistant. Natasha has shown a real commitment to providing high quality care, and has built up wonderful relationships with our customers and her colleagues. With a Level three in Health and Social Care Natasha has a fantastic skillset, which informs the care that she provides and the support that she provides to our Care Assistants. Natasha is currently completing her level four qualification in Adult Health and Social Care.
