Can you believe we started our journey with Bluebird Care Edinburgh back in 2008?
Jane and John never saw themselves as working in the care sector, but all that changed when Jane started looking for care for her gran. She reached out to multiple providers and was disappointed with the lack and enthusiasm, availability and information provided. It just wasn’t good enough, and these were the people who were meant to be looking after her sweet gran. Surely, if she felt this way others would be too. She had a real opportunity to make a difference and ensure that the elderly and their families received the care and customer service that they deserved.
Jane and John started researching home care to ensure they understood what they were getting into and to see if there was a brand which aligned with their values. They stumbled across Bluebird Care, and it seemed like a perfect fit. Before they knew it, they had both embarked on this journey and we’re fully committed to making a difference in Edinburgh.
Bluebird Care Edinburgh is their baby and it has taught them a lot, it has brought them closer together as they work in partnership to reach one goal. That is why every year they like to celebrate their anniversary with their team and customers.
To help celebrate they got little gifts for everyone. Our lovely customers received some yummy, branded chocolate and our team had the option of the chocolate or a thermal bottle to ensure that they always had the option of a hot or cold drink whilst out in the community.
