Naomi arrived with us earlier this year from overseas and after navigating a whole new life, and career, Naomi has taken everything on board and has become our best overseas carer. No job is beyond her, no task too great for her to do.
With just over 2 years under her belt, it looks like Bibi is unstoppable. Having won the same award last year, she continues to shine and be the go-to person for everyone - be it a customer or colleague Bibi is simply there for anyone who needs support.
It was impossible to choose - so we have chosen them both. This year Bibi shares the award with Naomi.
