Among over 500 nominations, Esther Nakintu secured the Live-in Care Award for her transformative impact on a customer’s life. Through her patient, nurturing approach, Esther supported a customer who was initially unable to walk, guiding them to remarkable physical recovery with consistent encouragement. Reflecting on her achievement, Esther said,
