Amy’s journey with Bluebird Care has been nothing short of inspiring. From her very first day, she has brought passion, professionalism, and a drive for excellence that has helped shape our team and services. Her dual role as a CT (Care Trainer) and FD (Field Supervisor) is no easy task, yet she continues to handle it with efficiency and enthusiasm.
As a Care Trainer, Amy plays a crucial role in ensuring that our carers are equipped with the right skills, knowledge, and confidence to provide outstanding care. Her training sessions are always engaging and informative, empowering new and existing team members to deliver the highest level of support to our customers.
As a Field Supervisor, she provides guidance and encouragement to carers in the field, ensuring that our high standards of care are consistently met. She is always there to offer advice, lend a helping hand, and make sure both customers and carers feel supported.

Amy’s impact goes far beyond her job responsibilities. She is known for her approachable nature, problem-solving skills, and unwavering dedication to customer care.
