Jon and Night Murray-Walker are the owners of Bluebird Care Isle Of Wight.
Originally from Lymington, Jon knows the island well and he has 20+ years’ experience in business management and school leadership. He is looking forward to working with everyone in the company to ensure we are all in the best possible position to care for you as best we can.
Night has 20 years’ experience in the Care sector, working in a variety of leadership roles, and is keen to work with and support everyone in ensuring we continue to offer you the highest possible standard of care.

Sophie Taylor, Operations and Accounts Supervisor
Sophie's role is integral to the maintenance of precise financial records, facilitation of financial transactions, the guarantee of adherence to accounting standards, regulations and operational efficiency .

Bryony Boyce, Accounts and Admin Assistant
Bryony supports financial record-keeping, invoicing, payroll preparation, and office administration. Ensures accurate data entry, manages client and staff queries, maintains confidentiality, and assists management to keep operations smooth and compliant.

Lisa Blazier, Customer Supervisor
Lisa is responsible for setting up the care plan for each customer and providing on-going guidance, training and supervision making sure we deliver what we promise.

Ryan Bates, Care Co-ordinator
Ryan is responsible for our weekly schedules, pairing customers with the right care assistants to meet their individual needs. Prioritizing continuity of care, and communicates any daily changes.
