Love Week Recap: A Valentine’s Wish (and a Surprise Birthday Shoutout!) from Joan

As we look back on our Love Week celebrations, we couldn’t resist sharing a special Valentine’s moment from one of our wonderful customers, Joan, from our Maidstone office.

Joan wanted to send a heartfelt message to everyone, wishing them a very happy Valentine’s Day. With a big smile, she shared her warm wishes, radiating kindness and joy. But, in a delightful little twist, she accidentally said, “Happy Birthday” instead!

It was such a funny and sweet moment that had everyone chuckling. And of course, Joan laughed along too, proving that little mishaps often make for the best memories.
