Tahir- Director

Tahir has always had a passion for care, helping care for family members, this passion and genuine care made him open a Domiciliary Care company of his own. Having known individuals who were being cared for, seeing the quality of care that was being offered, Tahir realised there was an enormous potential for a professional care provider in the area of North Manchester & Salford. Tahir has a background In Information Technology, and Bluebird Care being driven by Technology, they both joined forces. Tahir’s passion is to deliver high quality care for the community of Manchester North & Salford and believes in quality over quantity approach. Tahir States: “The most important thing close to my heart is to deliver Care for someone, making them feel as though they are being Cared for by their own family member” Tahir believes that all those working at Bluebird Care Manchester North & Salford, they are not just a worker here, they are part of the Bluebird Care Family, and we all are as good as one another.

Salma - Director

Salma joined aboard the Bluebird Care Team to accompany my family run business. I have always been the prime carer for our mother, who is suffering from multiple medical conditions and health issues. Other than my mother, I am always willing to help community members running errands and chores. I have a great passion to help and care for others. I believe that the level of love and care given to our own parents should also be given to others. I graduated from Manchester Metropolitan University and hold a Business & Marketing Degree. I have used the knowledge gained from this and inputted it into running this business. I also have a previous banking career history, where amongst other roles, I have helped vulnerable customers with day-to-day banking matters. The passion has always been there and now I have been given the opportunity to put it all to where my heart is set. Our aim is the deliver the best possible care for our customers. To make them feel comfortable in our care and in their own homes. They are not only our customers but always members of our extended family. The care will be from our heart.

Rachel Carrington- Care Coordinator

Rachel has more than 8 years of experience across various care settings, with a primary focus on providing adult and elderly care in clients' homes. She started off in care as a care assistant and has moved through the career process to senior carer, field supervisor, care assessor and care coordinator. She has led teams with a professional yet approachable style, promoting staff development and driving improvements in both care quality and business performance. Her strong leadership and strategic mindset contributed to team success. Rachel enjoys spending family days out, having meals out with her extended family and watching her children in their club competitions. Her favourite drink is Malibu and lemonade.

Donna Pearson- Registered Care Manager

Donna has over 11 years of experience in a range of care settings—primarily focused on adult and elderly care. She has built a career grounded in compassionate leadership, operational excellence, and a commitment to growth. Rising to HR Manager level, She led teams with a professional yet approachable style, encouraged staff development and driving improvements in both care quality and business performance. Her strong leadership and strategic mindset have contributed to team success, service excellence, and sustainable business growth. She enjoys going for hiking walks, spending time with close friends and family and attending the gym in her spare time.
