We were thrilled to welcome Diane Naylor from the Nottinghamshire Carers Association, who joined us to raise awareness about unpaid carers within our community. Diane provided insightful training on how to recognise and support unpaid carers, both on the job and in our local area.
Our care experts, often in the ideal position to notice family members who may be struggling with caregiving, received practical tips and resources from Diane to better assist these unpaid carers.
A special congratulations goes to our wonderful Community Engagement Lead, Emma, who was awarded her Carers Champion badge and will continue serving as a key contact for family members and care experts in need of support.
