Franchise Owners
Masen Naidoo is the franchisee owner of Bluebird Care in Southampton, Mendip, Ferndown, Swindon, New Forest, Portsmouth, and North Somerset. With a proven track record of success across multiple branches, Masen brings extensive experience, credibility, and leadership to the entire network. His deep understanding of the care sector, coupled with a genuine passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care, has earned him an outstanding reputation throughout Bluebird Care. Masen truly embodies the heart of care, consistently putting people first and ensuring every client receives the compassion, dignity, and respect they deserve.
Operations and Compliance Director
Jenny is responsible for the overall day-to-day running of Care Operations across all branches, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery, compliance, and customer satisfaction are consistently maintained.
Registered Manager
Jackie is the Branch Manager of Bluebird Care, Mendip, bringing over 15 years of experience in the care sector. She began her career as a carer and has progressed through various roles, including Care Coordinator, Team Leader, Trainer, and Resident Experience Manager within nursing homes. Over the years, Jackie has developed strong leadership, compliance, and operational management skills, overseeing teams, audits, CQC inspections, and customer care with excellence. Since joining Bluebird Care two years ago, she has demonstrated outstanding commitment and professionalism, leading to her promotion and CQC registration as the Registered Manager of the Mendip branch.
Business Development & Marketing Director
Mamta is the Business Development and Marketing Director for Bluebird Care Swindon, Mendip, and North Somerset. In this role, she drives growth and brand awareness across the regions, combining her deep understanding of the care sector with a strategic approach to business development. Mamta is passionate about promoting high-quality, person-centred care and building strong relationships with both clients and local communities.
