Complex Care
A Personalised Approach to Support
Complex care conditions can differ significantly from one client to another, reflecting the individual nature of each person's health and circumstances. This variability means that our approach to care is tailored and flexible, allowing us to meet the specific needs of each client.
A Preferable Alternative
We understand that being in a busy hospital setting can be overwhelming and distressing for many individuals. The sights and sounds of a bustling medical environment can add to anxiety and discomfort, especially for those dealing with complex care needs.
That's why we believe that complex care at home is a vital alternative that allows clients to receive the support they need while remaining in the comfort of their own home.
Complex Care | Hospital Care | |
Environment | Familiar and comfortable home setting | Busy and often noisy hospital environment |
Independence | Greater independence and control over daily routines | Limited autonomy due to hospital protocols |
Personalisation | Tailored care plans based on individual needs and preferences | Standardised care that may not fully meet personal needs |
Family Involvement | Easier for family members to be involved and support their loved one | Restricted visiting hours and space for family involvement |
Emotional Well-being | Reduced anxiety and stress from familiar surroundings | Increased anxiety due to the hospital atmosphere |
Continuity of Care | Consistent caregivers who build relationships with clients | Frequent staff changes can disrupt continuity of care |
Choosing Complex Care care can be particularly beneficial for those with long-term or complex health conditions, as it enables clients to maintain a sense of independence while receiving the tailored care they need to manage their health.
Whether it's assistance with daily activities, medication management, or specialised medical care, we provide the support necessary to ensure that customers can live as comfortably and independently as possible in their own homes.

How we can support you
For some individuals, their complex care needs may arise from temporary health issues, such as recovery from surgery or an acute medical condition that requires intensive support for a limited time. In these cases, we offer short-term care packages designed to provide the necessary assistance during their recovery period, ensuring they have the support they need without committing to long-term care.
