Franchise Owners
Masen Naidoo is the franchisee owner of Bluebird Care in Southampton, Mendip, Ferndown, Swindon, New Forest, Portsmouth, and North Somerset. With a proven track record of success across multiple branches, Masen brings extensive experience, credibility, and leadership to the entire network. His deep understanding of the care sector, coupled with a genuine passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care, has earned him an outstanding reputation throughout Bluebird Care. Masen truly embodies the heart of care, consistently putting people first and ensuring every client receives the compassion, dignity, and respect they deserve.
Operations and Compliance Director
Jenny is responsible for the overall day-to-day running of Care Operations across all branches, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery, compliance, and customer satisfaction are consistently maintained.

Catherine is an experienced care professional with over 12 years in the care sector, including more than 10 years with Bluebird Care. Throughout her career, she has worked her way up through a variety of roles, gaining a deep understanding of high-quality care delivery, the CQC framework, and the values that underpin person-centred care. Catherine’s strong leadership skills, combined with her hands-on experience and commitment to excellence, make her a trusted and respected figure within the team. She is passionate about supporting both customers and staff, ensuring that every aspect of care is delivered with compassion, professionalism, and integrity.
Business Development & Marketing Director
Mamta is the Business Development and Marketing Director for Bluebird Care Swindon, Mendip, and North Somerset. In this role, she drives growth and brand awareness across the regions, combining her deep understanding of the care sector with a strategic approach to business development.
