Kelly, Registered Care Manager
Kelly manages the day to day running of the service in Northampton, ensuring that our and customers and staff are looked after. She ensures that the service we provide is safe and compliant but also that we exceed expectations, going above and beyond to get the best outcomes for our customers.
Catherine & David, Directors
Working behind the scenes, Catherine & David are responsible for shaping the vision, values, and strategic direction of our domiciliary care services. With a strong commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care, they oversee operations to ensure exceptional standards are consistently met.
Jade, Supervisor
Jade plays a vital role in ensuring that customers receive high-quality, person-centred support. Jade supports Kelly by monitoring the quality of care provision, conducting customer assessments and reviews to ensure care plans are up to date, and supervising Care Experts in the field. Her role ensures that care is delivered safely, effectively, and in line with individual needs and standards.
Nadine, Senior Customer Care Lead
Nadine is responsible for making sure customers are happy and receiving high-quality care. She acts as a point of contact for customers and their families. Nadine also supports the care team by giving guidance, mentoring new staff and offering support in the community.
