The National Support Team is delighted to announce that Bluebird Care Plymouth & South Hams has earned the prestigious Bluebird Care Gold Compliance Mark.
Each Bluebird Care office is audited annually by the Franchise Quality Team to ensure that our staff and customer files fully comply with the rules and regulations of our regulator, the Care Quality Commission, CQC. The Gold Compliance Award is granted to all Bluebird Care franchises scoring 90% or higher in their audits, surpassing regulatory standards.
