Our latest Plymouth inductees
Training Manager Lesley has been training our new inductees all week and it has been a big success!
Every new Care Worker is fully trained before they go out into the field to make sure they are given the best start and to make sure our customers get the best possible care.
During training we cover all mandatory training including medication admistration, moving and handling, safeguarding and heath and safety.
