Maria has been supporting Bluebird Care Rochdale customers since May 2022 and has become a key member of our team.
She has a young family but still manages to cover many hours of support with our customers. She makes a difference on every visit.
Bluebird Care Rochdale is a wonderful company to work for. With having no care background or experience I was slightly apprehensive to start. Thanks to the team at Bluebird Care and the training given including shadow visits, my confidence has grown higher than expected. It is very family like and the communication between us on duty and the staff in the office is exceptional, knowing if you have a problem big or small someone will be there to help. It's a joy to be able to support and care for each and every one of our customers.
