Dreu

Rochdale AFC thanks to Todd Neilson , coach at Rochdale AFC Ladies for coming down to meet Steven and Dreu today and presenting flowers and a card to Dreu for her outstanding efforts over the last couple of years. Dreu leaves this week to pursue her studies in nursing after delivering hundreds of hours of Care across Heywood, her home town.

Dreu had said that nobody would give her the opportunity to work in Care after she finished her Health and Social Care studies at college. She said she would never have had the confidence to pursue a nursing career had she not worked in this role. She has every attribute needed in Care; reliability, empathy, compassion, dedication, loyalty, kindness, patience and integrity.

Her own confidence has grown immeasurably since she started as quite a shy young lady.

We wish Dreu all the very best and to not be a stranger as she will be missed by all and will always be welcomed back.

We absolutely champion such people to develop themselves to go on and make the very best of themselves whilst delivering exceptional service to the people across our community.
