Charlotte Levett, Care Coordinator
Charlotte has been with Bluebird care for 9 years. She is our reliable efficient Care Coordinator who likely has one of the hardest jobs she acts as a central point of contact. Developing care plans on a rota basis. Providing on going support to our customers receiving home care while keeping an eye on their general well-being and health from reports carried out by our expert care team.

Nikki Purcell, Live-in Coordinator
Nikki started as a carer 7 years ago and soon became a supervisor as well as a coordinator for live in packages. She ensures all the customers are satisfied with the level of care they are receiving while providing the extra personal touch of taking the time to go out see them in their own homes. To provide Live-in care packages you really need to create a special bond with customers to make them feel they can trust the team to pick the right expert carer to live in their own homes, it’s not a simple process a lot of dedication is required to meet the customers expectations.

Maria Chatfield, Administration Manager
As our Administration Manager Maria oversees Bluebird Care administrative operations to ensure they run smoothly and efficiently. Her key responsibilities include developing and implementing policies and procedures, coordinating various office tasks and ensuring seamless communication. Acting as the vital link between administration and senior management. All while hiring, interviewing perspective new carers and organising customer and office socials.
