Our team recently attended the awards event where we were honoured to be named finalists for Best Customer Service. While we didn’t take home the trophy this time, being recognised among so many outstanding businesses meant a great deal to us.
Customer service has always been at the heart of everything we do. Every call we take, every visit we make, and every customer we help is an opportunity to make someone’s day a little easier, and that’s something we’ll always be proud of.
Reaching the finalist stage was a wonderful reminder that our efforts are being noticed and appreciated.
