The Bluebird Companion Club is here to help you or your loved ones stay active, independent, and connected. With personalised social outings, we make it easy to enjoy quality time, explore the community, and create special memories. Our carers are here to improve your quality of life, helping you to get back out into your local community.

Although the service has only been in place for 6 days, I can honestly say there is a difference in my Aunt - she is much more chatty and just that little bit of friendship and company has, I think, given her a little lift

The Companionship Club is designed to enrich the lives of you or your loved ones.

1. FREE Initial Consultation

The service begins with a consultation to understand the customer’s interests, hobbies, and preferred places to visit. This could include visiting the church they’ve attended for years, catching up with friends at a local café, or shopping at their favourite stores. We work with the family to ensure outings fit seamlessly into their lives.

2. Tailored Social Outings to YOU!

Based on the consultation, a customised plan is developed that schedules regular or ad-hoc outings to locations of the customer’s choice. Each outing lasts a minimum of three hours, allowing time for relaxed, meaningful experiences.

3. Companionship and Independence

The Bluebird Companion Club is about more than transport—our care assistants engage with customers, o=ering companionship throughout the trip. They help with practical aspects, such as mobility support or assisting with shopping, but their primary role is to provide social interaction and company, making each outing enjoyable and engaging.

4. Flexibility and Adaptability around YOUR life

As customers’ preferences evolve, so too does the service. We continuously check in with customers and their families to ensure the outings remain fulfilling and relevant.
