We’re delighted to announce Nikki as this month’s Employee of the Month! Nikki has truly gone above and beyond in her role, becoming the face of Bluebird in our local community.
She’s been out and about, not only delivering leaflets but also engaging with residents and spreading the word about the incredible work we do. Her passion and energy have left a lasting impression on many. In preparation for our 15th anniversary celebration, Nikki took it upon herself to visit local businesses and successfully collected a fantastic selection of vouchers to use as donation prizes—her initiative and dedication played a key part in making the event extra special.
In addition to her outstanding efforts at work, Nikki has also recently started volunteering once a month at local Alzheimer's support groups, further demonstrating her commitment to supporting those in need, both professionally and personally.
