Meet our Senior Management Team

Rick Parekh - Director
Bluebird Care Stafford is led by Rick Parekh. Rick joined the Bluebird Care team in January 2016 with a view to offer outstanding quality care to their customers. Rick’s fundamental role is to ensure the continued development and growth of Bluebird Care Stafford whilst ensuring great customer satisfaction. His previous experiences include working at board level within in the food manufacturing industry where attention to detail is paramount. He hopes the acquired skills and resources will lead to the goal of becoming the leading provider of domiciliary care in the Staffordshire area.

Emily Jones - Registered Manager
Emily joined us as a carer in 2010. Within a short space of time, she was promoted to Care Supervisor and then in 2012 took the role of Care Coordinator. In 2016 Emily accepted her current position as Care Manager and since then has made huge impact to the services we provide and is an asset to Bluebird Care Stafford. Emily has proven to be extremely proactive in engaging with both customers and staff and demonstrates exceptional skills in managing expectations.

Jessica Heffernan - Deputy Care Manager
Jess joined the Bluebird Care team in September 2019 as a Business Development and Recruitment Coordinator and in May 2024, was promoted to Deputy Care Manager. Her role involves recruiting new staff to join our team, advertising and promoting the business as well as event management for customers, staff and also charities. Jess previously worked in a customer services environment prior to joining the care industry 8 years ago. She has spent these years working in domiciliary care, a nursing home and a residential home. During this time she has completed a Level 3 diploma in Health and Social Care and hopes to progress on to Level 5.

Dee Parekh - Finance Manager
Dee Parekh brings a wealth of expertise in accounts and finance to her role as Finance Manager at Bluebird Care. With a strong background in financial management, Dee is at the heart of our operations, ensuring the smooth handling of all things financial. In her role, Dee oversees the business's cash flow, ensuring financial stability and efficiency. She manages payroll and invoicing with precision, ensuring that our team and partners are always supported. Dee also liaises with Local Authorities and private care commissioners to secure care funding, playing a pivotal role in enabling us to deliver high-quality care to our customers. Dee's dedication and meticulous approach to financial management are vital to the success of Bluebird Care, allowing us to focus on what we do best—providing outstanding care to those who need it most.
Meet our Supervisors

Sally Kidd - Field Care Supervisor
Sally joined us in 2013 as a carer and has since attained her Level 2 & 3 in Health & Social Care as well as a BTEC Level 2 in Learning Disabilities and Mental Health. Sally is also our Mental Health First Aid Champion and regularly runs information sessions for staff to help them better understand Mental Health. She has had over 25 years of experience in the care setting, previously working in residential, respite and day care for elderly, learning and physical disabilities. She is friendly and professional and a great part of the Bluebird Care team.

Aggie Serwadczak - Field Care Supervisor
Aggie became a part of our team in September 2018, starting as a care assistant. With a remarkable 17 years of experience in the care sector, Aggie has advanced within the company, serving as a carer mentor, Senior Care Assistant, and, as of January 2024, she was promoted to the position of Field Care Supervisor. Currently pursuing her NVQ level 3 in health and social care, Aggie has also achieved accreditation as a train-the-trainer in Medication and Moving and Handling.

Lisa Kenyon - Field Care Supervisor
New to the care sector, Lisa Kenyon joined Bluebird Care Stafford in March 2020 and quickly developed a passion for supporting others. Her dedication and hard work have led to several promotions, leading to her appointment as Field Care Supervisor in January 2025. Committed to continuous learning, Lisa has achieved her NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care and is currently working towards her Level 4 qualification. She has also gained accreditation as a train-the-trainer in Medication and Basic Life Support, allowing her to share her knowledge and skills with others.
Meet out Co-ordinator & Business Support

Kelly Muncaster - Care Coordinator
Kelly joined us in March 2017 and has over ten years experience within the care sector. As well as delivering care and support to the elderly in the community, she has also worked in other areas, including mental health, learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities and children. Within this time Kelly has obtained her Level 2 and 3 in Health and Social Care. Kelly is very excited to have joined our team and looks forward to learning new skills, meeting new challenges and making an overwhelming difference with us.

Shay Parekh - Business Support
Shay Parekh is a dynamic member of the Bluebird Care team, bringing creativity and precision to his role in Business Support. With a multifaceted skill set, Shay handles social media, marketing, and website design, ensuring that our brand remains engaging and accessible to our audience, reflecting our premium service. Beyond his creative contributions, Shay provides valuable support in analysing reports and data, leveraging his keen eye for detail. He also assists in managing correspondence, ensuring smooth communication across the business, and plays an integral role in supporting our financial operations. Shay’s versatility and commitment to excellence make him an invaluable part of the Bluebird Care team, helping us maintain a strong, professional presence both online and in our day-to-day operations.
