We are very pleased to announce that, Community Care Manager (CCM), Charley Collins, has been promoted to the position of Deputy Care Manager.
Charley originally joined Bluebird Care when our doors first opened in 2011, and was one of our first members of our care team! After some time in residential care and gaining her Level 5 in Health & Social Care, Charley returned to Bluebird Care in November 2021, to our team, as a Community Care Manager
Since then, Charley has been a dedicated member of our team and has been dedicated to the development and delivery of excellent customer care, ensuring knowledge of policy and process within Bluebird Care, helping to bring new customers in to join us, reviewing and managing existing customers and both training and supporting team members out in the field, to deliver the best care.
I know that you will all join us in congratulating Charley and will fully support her in this new role.
