We are delighted to announce the appointment of Sarah Sparkes as the new Registered Care Manager for Bluebird Care Peterborough & Oundle and Bluebird Care Stamford & Rutland. Sarah brings with her a wealth of experience, a deep commitment to quality, and a genuine passion for supporting people to live independently in the comfort of their own homes.
In her new role, Sarah will be responsible for overseeing the safe and effective operation of our services. This includes everything from ensuring compliance with industry regulations and maintaining the highest standards of care, to supporting the continued growth and development of our teams. Her leadership will be central in making sure we remain a trusted and respected provider of home care across the communities we serve.
Sarah describes herself as fair, methodical, and organised, with a strong work ethic and a clear vision for the future. She is determined to build on our foundations of excellence and to further enhance the care we provide to our customers. Her focus on upholding the very best standards in home care will play a vital role in helping us move forward with confidence and ambition.

Outside of work, Sarah enjoys spending quality time with her family, attending the theatre, and taking long walks — activities that help her stay grounded, energised, and inspired.
