Robert Treschi (Director)
Robert is the Director of Bluebird Care (Stevenage and North Herts) and leads a dedicated team including a Care Manager, Co-ordinator and Supervisor who have a combined experience of over 35 years in care. Having experienced at first hand the difficulties and frustrations of arranging care for his own father , Robert is passionate to provide a service that actually puts the customer and their needs at its heart.

Sarah Armstrong (Care Manager)
Sarah has been with Bluebird Care Stevenage & North Herts since November 2010 and has been Care Manager since December 2012. She has a Level 5 in Health & Social Care and she has so far overseen 350,000 hours of care. In June 2024 she was awarded the Community Care Manager of the Year at the Palliative and End of Life Care Awards. This is testament to the reputation of care and quality that Sarah has built up over the years.

Kayleigh Saint-Clare (Care Supervisor)
Kayleigh has been in care for 14 years and has been with Bluebird Care since 2017. She has a Level 3 in Health and Social Care and has completed the Oliver McGowan train the trainer. She is also a Mental Health first responder. Kayleigh is a Care Supervisor and her role includes conducting risk assessments, writing care plans, planning rotas and supporting the care team via Observations and Supervisions.

Lisa Brace (Care Supervisor)
Lisa began her journey with Bluebird Care in February 2018 as a Care Assistant. During her time in the field, she built strong relationships with customers, learning to understand and meet each individual’s needs with compassion and attention to detail. She found real fulfilment in making a difference to people’s daily lives. In March 2023, Lisa transitioned into an office-based role and began working towards her NVQ Level 3 qualification. Now a dedicated Care Supervisor, Lisa leads a team of Care Assistants—supporting them day-to-day and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care. She is responsible for setting up and maintaining care plans tailored to each customer, which includes visiting new customers and their families to create support plans that reflect their individual needs and preferences.

Amy Giacobelli (Trainer & Care Coordinator)
Amy brings over 10 years of experience in the care sector, and her passion for high-quality, compassionate care shines through in everything she does. As a registered Trainer, Amy holds all the required Train the Trainer qualifications and is responsible for delivering both new staff inductions and ongoing refresher training to ensure our team is always confident, capable, and up to date. But Amy’s role doesn’t stop there—she also works as a Care Coordinator, managing our online rotas to ensure the right carers are matched with the right customers every day. Her ability to juggle both training and coordination with precision and care makes her an invaluable member of the Bluebird Care Stevenage & North Herts team.
