Celebrating 10 Years of Dedication: Rebecca Weaver
This year marks an incredible milestone for our Operations and Registered Manager, Rebecca Weaver, as she celebrates 10 years of outstanding service with our team.
Rebecca’s journey with us began in 2015 as a Care Assistant. From day one, her dedication, compassion, and leadership potential shone through. She quickly became a mentor to her peers, progressing through the roles of Supervisor and Lead Supervisor before taking on the role of Registered Manager in 2021. Since then, she has played a pivotal role in steering our business through continued growth and transformation.
Under Rebecca’s leadership, we have fostered a positive, inclusive, and values-led culture. Her commitment to partnership working and team development has had a lasting impact—not only shaping the careers of countless team members, but also ensuring the highest quality of care for the people we support.
In 2024, her leadership was recognised with an Outstanding rating in the Well-Led domain of our CQC inspection—a testament to her vision, integrity, and tireless efforts. That same year, Rebecca was named the regional winner of the Coproduction Award at the Great British Care Awards, honouring her dedication to working collaboratively with those who use our services. Rebecca didn’t stop there, with another accolade in 2024 being the very first Bluebird Care service to achieve the Diamond Quality Award.
I’m incredibly proud to be celebrating 10 years with Bluebird Care Stratford & Warwick. It’s been a journey filled with growth, learning, and meaningful connections. I’m so grateful for the opportunities I’ve had to develop and thrive, and to be part of a team that truly puts people first. Thank you to everyone who has supported me along the way, with particular thanks to Tim Roberts, who built the service from the ground up and has been a powerful mentor and influence on me and to Sophie & Jack Whitfield who picked up the baton from Tim last year and continue to support and provide me with autonomy and trust to lead—it’s a privilege to work and grow with such an inspiring team.
Rebecca exemplifies what it means to lead with heart and purpose. Her work ensures that individuals can live well at home with exceptional support tailored to their needs, and that every member of our team has the opportunity to thrive.
We are immensely proud to celebrate this 10-year milestone with her and are excited for the continued journey ahead.
“After 10 years of loyal service with Bluebird Care, Becky continues to find ways to grow and develop. Her years as Registered Manager has seen the quality of the service we provide reach a phenomenal level with feedback that brings a tear to the eye. This is all due to the incredibly positive culture she has fostered within both the office team and the care teams.” - Jack Whitfield, Director.
Thank you, Rebecca, for everything you do.
