Masen Naidoo has been the proud franchisee owner of Bluebird Care Swindon since 2020. With a proven track record of success as the franchisee owner of several other Bluebird Care offices including Mendip, Ferndown, Portsmouth, New Forest, Southampton and North Somerset, Masen brings a wealth of experience and credibility to the Swindon branch. His deep understanding of the care industry, combined with his genuine passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care, has earned him an outstanding reputation across the Bluebird Care network. Masen truly understands the heart and core of care, putting people first and ensuring every customer receives the compassion, dignity, and respect they deserve.
Operations and Compliance Director
Jenny is responsible for the overall day-to-day running of Care Operations across all branches, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery, compliance, and customer satisfaction are consistently maintained.
