What Our Nail Care Visits Include

Our trained team brings all the equipment needed and provides a relaxing, salon-style experience that’s tailored to your needs. Nail care visits may include:

• Cutting, filing and buffing fingernails and toenails

• Callus filing and gentle exfoliation

• Moisturising and massage for hands, feet, and legs

• Light polish application (if requested)

• A soothing foot wash and tidy-up after the session

Whether you want a quick trim or a full pampering session, we tailor each visit to leave you feeling refreshed and cared for.

What to Expect During Your Appointment

1. Initial Setup
Your Bluebird Care professional arrives with a fresh, personal nail kit, clean towels, and hospital-grade disinfectants. We’ll help you get settled and carry out a brief nail and skin health check before we begin.

2. Safe, Hygienic Nail Care
All equipment is disinfected before and after use. We’re trained in safe practices and can adapt the session based on your comfort, mobility, and any health conditions.

3. Finishing Touches
Once your session is complete, we’ll clear away and leave your space clean and tidy. If you need a drink or help getting around, we’re happy to assist—your comfort comes first.

Who Can Book Nail Care in Taunton or Mid Devon?

Existing Bluebird Care customers can simply request a nail care appointment as part of their regular visits or as a separate session.

Appointments available Monday–Friday, 11am–5pm

• We recommend 45 minutes for hand or foot care

• 60 minutes for combined hand and foot sessions

To secure your preferred time, we kindly ask for at least one week’s notice.

Important Information Before You Book

For safety reasons, we may need to adapt or reschedule appointments for those with:

• Ingrown toenails or severe calluses

• Skin conditions (eczema, psoriasis), or infections

• Open wounds, warts, or fractures

• Medical conditions such as Diabetes, Cancer, or Parkinson’s

• Those taking blood thinners or with spinal injuries

We may ask for medical clearance to ensure nail care is safe and appropriate for you.

Pricing

• £45 – Initial Consultation
  Includes a full assessment and your personal nail care kit (nail clippers and file for you to keep).

• £45 – 1 Hour Appointment
  Complete nail care for both toenails and fingernails.

• £30 – 30 Minute Appointment
  Nail care for either fingernails or toenails.
