In 2024, Bluebird Care introduced a more rigorous national audit process for all franchise offices, focusing on exceeding regulatory standards in care delivery and operational compliance. The Gold Compliance Award is presented to franchises that score 90% or above in these assessments—placing Bluebird Care Torbay among the top-performing offices in the country.
