Bluebird Care York is proud to announce the launch of its latest campaign, ‘Your Care Journey’, a new initiative designed to guide families through the different stages of receiving care at home. From the very first companionship visit through to 24/7 care and round the clock live-in care.
Launched this week in York, the campaign brings to life what care at home can look like when it’s personalised, flexible, and rooted in trust. It aims to educate families on the options available long before a crisis point is reached, and to help people picture how Bluebird Care can grow with them as their needs change over time.
We know that care doesn’t look the same for everyone — and it certainly doesn’t stay the same. This campaign is about showing people that we’re here for the whole journey. Whether someone needs a little extra support to start with, or full-time live-in care further down the line, we offer continuity, familiarity, and care that evolves as their needs do.

As part of the campaign, Bluebird Care has released a free downloadable brochure, featuring:
- A clear overview of the full range of services offered
- Real customer case studies, including those who have experienced every stage of care
- Persona profiles to help families relate to different care scenarios
- Practical advice and next steps for starting care at home
The campaign will run throughout the quarter, supported by targeted social media content, email communications, and direct engagement with families, professionals, and the wider community.
