Overall, I am completely satisfied with the care my mother receives. My mother feels very comfortable when her carers call which is very reassuring due to her having Alzheimer's. I am kept regularly informed of care duties undertaken and feel that the app gives me peace of mind with how Mam has been when the carers visit
